You have to be at least 21 years old to participate. It is also the largest annual fundraiser for NYC Pride. Pride Island is a huge live music party with various artists and DJs playing. Everybody is welcome and there is no entrance fee. PrideFest takes place around Hudson Street in New York. You can also catch mini-concerts here and there. PrideFest is a street festival where you will find vendors, entertainment and activities all celebrating equality. It usually starts at midday from 29th Street and Fifth Avenue, continues via 8th Street to Christopher Street and ends on 16th Street and 7th Avenue.
